7:45 - 8:00 - Group warmup and stretch
8:00 - 9:00 - Beginner drills lead by Coach Devin and advanced drills led by Coach Robert
9:00 - 9:45 - 2 field 5v5 beginner and advanced pickup (with coaching)
9:45 - 10:30 - 1 large field 7v7 free pickup
Coach Robert will be focusing on: Handler cuts, strikes and throw and go.
