To use the swimming pool costs 30RMB. If you don't want to swim, please donate 30RMB to the Shenzhen Ultimate Players Association for organizing this. Pool closes at 9:30PM. We'll stay till 9PM to avoid conflict with the staff.

It's a big outdoor pool and a medium sized indoor pool.

Hey guys,

We will be taking a trip to Guangzhou for a training and a scrimmage against out good friends, the Guangzhou Ultimate team(The GZ Storm).

We will first train with their team, doing some drills. After we will play them as a team or possibly mix up our teams and play pickup. Maybe even both.

After we can go have dinner together at a good Cantonese restaurant nearby or at 13 factories, a great New Orleans style restaurant owned by a couple of the GZ Ultimate players.

Tuesday Night Training - Thank you and Guidelines

Hey everyone,

Thanks for coming out to our first rented field practice and pickup. I think everyone had a really good time and this will be a steady thing. Though some things will need to improve:

- People need to arrive on time. The field is close to the metro but explaining how to get there to late people is maybe my biggest frustration in life:) Next time I am waiting 5 minutes, and then leaving. I can't make everyone late for the sake of a few people. I will be making a step-by-step slideshow map of how to get there soon.

Hi guys,

This week we will be doing our training at a new field. We will be renting a field near the Exhibition Center. Wait in the metro station at 8PM SHARP(you should probably try to be there by 7:30) and we will walk together to the field.  The field is close to the metro and very nice artificial grass WITH lights:) We really spoil you;)

Please do not be late.

Cost is Free for newcomers. 20RMB per regular member. 10RMB for students.

Please bring/wear:

Something to drink with you or buy inside of the metro station before meeting us.

Hey guys, my friend Ras Fiat is putting on this Beach Trip and I will be going and supporting it. I hope you will join me too. No food is included, so we could do this like our recent trip and potluck for our group only.

Superren Ultimate Potluck Beach Bash - Tons of Fun

Yesterday 47 of us enjoyed a day at the beach. We were struggling with actually going through with it with the fear of it raining but we went all in and came out on top. the weather was great. The food was great and we had so much fun.

 

Highlights

Water balloons being thrown from the top of the hill at our friends at the beach.

Water gun wars.

Beer Fris was a ton of fun. I'm so glad Devin insisted we play it.

Beach Ultimate of course was fun. Though we didn't play it that much.

Hey guys!

Ultimate is STILL ON! Meet at the sloped field like last time. If you don't know where that is, just go to the regular place we normally play and call me! Please all try to come:) Something Special is happening today;) Small surprise! Since it is a little slippery today, it is best you bring a darker colored shirt only and one team will wear the jerseys I always bring. Also, if you have cleats(soccer or football shoes) bring them.

Ultimate in Shenzhen- Tuesday night training

It has been a couple of weeks since I had led the tuesday night throwing practice, as we've had rain and I've had an illness that kept me out as well.  I got a little bit tired teaching the Horizontal stack so much recently so last night  we focused on catching and throwing.  I will admit that we moved a way from that main them of "throwing practice" to do other drills so it was nice to go back to basics.  I think it went well.  got in a nice amount of running.  I liked it especially b/c both the new and more experienced players could gain something from this as we worked on pivoting and ot
